In a mug, add a CBD tea bag or a regular tea bag and 16 mg water-soluble CBD, one tablespoon honey, one cinnamon stick, and a lemon peel twist. Fill with boiling water and let steep 3 – 5 minutes. Leave the cinnamon stick and peel but remove the teabag. Stir and enjoy it.

One orange, sliced into rounds, remove the peel
1/2-ounce fresh ginger, peeled
1 1/2 tablespoons honey

In a teapot, place tea bags, orange rounds, ginger, and honey to taste. Fill the pot with boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes. You can adjust proportions to taste.
